Palmetto Plating Company, Inc., was established in 1964 by John Cutchin, with the purpose of providing metal finishing services to the textile industries which were located in the Upstate region of South Carolina.
We strive to be honest and fair to our customers, suppliers and employees.
Since that time, we have grown to accommodate the changing needs of changing industries, not only in South Carolina but in the surrounding states and beyond.
Palmetto Plating Company, Inc. is committed to providing unique and consistent metal finishing services, which are specifically tailored to meet each customer’s specifications while operating our facility in a safe and environmentally friendly manner, ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. This commitment includes continual improvement of business processes, procedures and services, reducing enviornmental impacts, enhancing employee’s skills and efficiencies, and sustaining fiscal growth with improved market presence, while serving and giving back to our community.

Staci Sorgee
Plant Manager
Responsible for the Laboratory and chemical maintenance of plating baths, wastewater pre-treatment system, Environmental and Safety compliance and is a member of our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and AS 9100 Management Team. She is a graduate of the College of Charleston with a degree in Chemistry and is a licensed Physical/Chemical wastewater operator. Staci is married with 5 children and has been with Palmetto Plating Company since 2010.

Brandon Bandy
Sales Manager
Responsible of supervision of Decorative Chromium, Electroless Nickel, Anodize, Passivation, and Electropolish Processes. He is also a member of our ISO 9001: 2008 Management Team and a graduate of Clemson University. He is married, and has been with Palmetto Plating Co., Inc. since 2003.
